- 1 cup raw cashews (soak in warm water 10 min)
- 1/4 cup pecans (optional)
- 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato (optional, for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup veggie stock or water
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small shallot
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika or chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (for color)
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp pink salt to taste
- 1 small Serrano or pinch Cayenne pepper (optional)
